Even thought the Saints hit tight end Jimmy Graham with a nonexclusive franchise tag, which means that a team could sign him to a contract and then pay the team two first-round picks, Bleacher Report NFL Insider Mike Freeman said a team like the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks might be winning to pay that price.
