Five defenders miss Saints practice Thursday

Five players did not participate in the Saints’ practice Thursday as they continued to prepare for Sunday’s game at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Not working for the second day in a row were defensive end Tyrunn Walker (knee), nose tackle Brodrick Bunkley (calf) and safety Isa Abdul-Quddus (ankle). They were joined on the sideline by defensive end Glenn Foster (ankle) and cornerback Corey White (illness). Foster was limited for Wednesday’s practice.

Limited for the second straight day were linebacker Curtis Lofton (knee), cornerback Jabari Greer (back) and cornerback Patrick Robinson (foot).

Linebacker Martez Wilson (elbow), receiver Marques Colston (foot), linebacker Junior Galette (hamstring), tackle Zach Strief (neck) and guard Jahri Evans (back) all had full participation in practice once again.
