CST announced a comprehensive regular-season high school football game of the week schedule. The 29-game schedule includes live Friday night games and taped delayed games airing on the network the following week.
CST’s coverage will feature weekly games in three major Louisiana markets — Baton Rouge, Lafayette and New Orleans.
St. Augustine running back Leonard Fournette, the nation’s top recruit, will be featured in a Sept. 13 showdown with Edna Karr, last year’s Class 4A state champion. Archbishop Rummel, last year’s 5A champion, will square off against rival Jesuit on Oct. 25.
The CST’s Louisiana schedule also includes tape-delayed games at 3 p.m. each Monday and selected Tuesdays at 3:30 p.m. CST will replay an additional Game of the Week from the prior Friday.
The Baton Rouge CST broadcast team consists of Jeff Palermo, Jason DeCuir and Blair Abene, while Eric Richey, Brandon Rizzuto and Hayley Asaro are the New Orleans team. Troy LeBouef and Joel Davis are set to handle the Lafayette broadcasts.
