Mason Katz had a three-run homer in the third — his 13th of the season — and Sean McMullen’s two-run single later in the inning put LSU ahead 6-5.
Cody Glenn had allowed five runs and three hits in 1.2 innings to let Missouri take an early lead. Kevin Berry, Brent Bonvillain, Joey Bourgeois and Chris Cotton combined for 7.1 innings of scoreless relief.
Alex Bregman added a pair of hits and two runs, and Katz finished with four RBIs for LSU (26-2, 8-1). Dylan Kelly and Jake Ivory each had two RBIs for Missouri (9-15, 2-7).
