Ok, I am finished laughing now after listening to one part in particular...."oh Les Miles is under so much pressure next year in recruiting to get everyone in LA"....blah,. blah, blah. Guys, you STILL don't get it...you really, really don't. Did Les Miles want Collins? Of course. Did Les Miles want Davis? Obviously. Did Les Miles want Duvall or whatever his name is? I seriously, seriously doubt it! First, unlike what some people might think, he was NOT in the top 3 in LA by MOST of the recruiting services. Second, he did NOT fit LSU's 4-3 scheme. Here is what I believe Les Miles would say because he has said it every year he has been at LSU whether the #1 or #15 rated class. "We are going after Louisiana kids first but are not interested in who is rated the highest by the recruiting services. We want the best players as we evaluate them during camps and films whether they are 5* or 2*...that is irrelevant. And we are going to put extra emphasis on positions that are in current need. As far as what people who have never seen the recruits play one single down think, don't really care. We are recruiting to give the team the best opportunity to win every game and have a 'want" to win them. If we do that, let the rankings fall where they may." So if Les and Scott and whoever at The Advocate REALLY REALLY thinks they Miles is going to offer by star ratings and have trouble going to sleep as to what the fans think, guys you are living on another planet. He does NOT care what you think and thank God for that. But please, continue to play the numbers and the stars game and claim ultimate victory for 5* and ultimate disaster signing a 2*...it flat out does NOT matter nor should it.

I assume little Nicky will be held to the same standard that Les Miles was 2 years ago right? LSU signed 28 thinking a couple of them wouldn't qualify. Magically, everyone qualified...the first time in LSU history I can remember that occuring. Miles got crucified on ESPN Outside the Lines for only offering Porter a grayshirt. Hmmm, this is going to sound very familiar. Will little nicky get the same treatment? I doubt it since they are biased in favor of little Nicky. "According to Vigor coach Kerry Stevenson, Philon's sudden defection was brought on by Alabama's late request for the defensive lineman to grayshirt a year (wait until January 2013 to enroll at the school). Because of new recruiting limitations in the SEC, Alabama did not have space for all of their recruits on the 2012 Crimson Tide roster, leading to at least two high-profile late departures; Philon and Atlanta (Ga.) Washington High running back Justin Taylor, who instead signed with Kentucky on Wednesday." Wow, for those posters who called Les Miles SLEAZY, I guess this makes little Nicky SLEAZY SQUARED, huh! LOL!
