The game will be played in Reliant Stadium in Houston on Aug. 30. A kickoff time has not been set. LSU and Wisconsin will meet again to kick off the 2016 season in Lambeau Field, the second game of the two-year deal between the schools and ESPN. LSU will make a combined $5.4 million from the deal. The school has secured 34,000 seats to sell at Reliant Stadium, said Brian Broussard, associate athletic director for ticket sales at LSU. LSU originally received just 25,000 seats, according to the game contract.
