Juan Flores-Flores, of Mexico, had already been deported at least three times when Baton Rouge police searched his vehicle in January because it matched a car seen during two burglaries, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a news release. While searching the vehicle, officers noticed the shotgun lying in plain view, the release states. The shotgun was reportedly stolen from a pawnshop that had been recently broken into, according to the U.S. District Attorney’s Office.
