Gonzales man accused of robbing his cousin

Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man Monday accused of robbing his cousin at gunpoint at Old London Towne Apartments in December.

Reginald Falton Jr., 21, 40478 Adele St., Gonzales, was booked into Parish Prison on a count of armed robbery.

The incident occurred at about 11:15 p.m. on Dec. 20, according to the arrest warrant.

The victim was under the impression Falton and his girlfriend were taking him to pick up a friend of Falton’s girlfriend, then they would go to a “hotel party,” the warrant says.

Once they got out of the truck, Falton pulled out a black pistol and stole the victim’s white iPhone and $150, the warrant says.
