The victim told police she was sitting in her vehicle at 1:40 p.m. when a white man in his 40s, also wearing a black jacket, black glasses and blue jeans, open her door and pulled a gun on her, Cpl. Paul Mouton said in a release.

The unidentified man has a short beard and short, spiky gray hair, Mouton said.

The victim was transported to a local hospital in a case that remains under investigation.
