Gibson said. Adrian Aguilar, 43, was arrested on a warrant from Houston that identified him as a suspect in a December 2012 slaying, Gibson said in a news release. Gibson said Aguilar had been staying in the Jennings-Crowley area, though his driver’s license indicated he was a resident of Douglasville, Penn. “Once the officer discovered that the driver was wanted for murder, he used good judgment, waited for backup and took the suspect into custody without incident,” Gibson said.
