Deputies booked Thomas Joseph Isom, 27, 776 Marcellious Lane, Baton Rouge, into Parish Prison on one count each of carnal knowledge of a juvenile and indecent behavior with a juvenile, the affidavit says. The arresting deputy wrote in the affidavit that he thinks that father had Isom at gunpoint while contacting deputies, the affidavit says. Isom admitted to meeting the girl, whose age was not provided by police, in an online chat room and to having had sex with the minor twice, the affidavit says. Police make arrestin home invasion Baton Rouge police have arrested a man who in September allegedly pushed his way into a woman’s apartment past her 6-year-old son, asked her for sex and then left after pushing her to the floor. Baton Rouge police booked Kevin Ellerson, 20, last known address of 10509 Ave. F, Baton Rouge, into Parish Prison on one count of home invasion, an affidavit warrant says. Three DWI suspects booked into prison Authorities arrested at least three people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and 2:30 p.m. Thursday, booking records show. Those booked and the counts against them: John Averett, 37, 12740 Roan Ave., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, improper left/right turns, disobeying a red light and reckless operation of a vehicle. LaShanda Carter, 30, 3647 Sherwood St., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, equipment violation and driver’s license not in possession.
