Baker-Zachary bureau Jan. 15, 2013 Comments CLINTON — East Feliciana Parish sheriff’s deputies arrested a Zachary man Monday after investigating complaints that he exposed himself to women. Deputies booked Calvin Chapman Jr., 47, of 6132 Shallow Brooke St., Zachary, at the East Feliciana Parish Jail on two counts of obscenity, sheriff’s Sgt. Kevin Garig said. Garig said a woman filed a complaint in November saying that a man exposed himself to her as she was riding her bicycle on Midway Road in the Slaughter area. Deputies were unable to locate the man at the time. Another woman reported Monday that she was driving on Midway Road when a man parked on the side of the road got out and pulled down his pants as she approached, Garig said. Sheriff’s deputies responding to the complaint found Chapman parked on the road a short time later, Garig said.
