Boy, 17, charged in relationship with girl

A 17-year-old boy who had sex with a 15-year-old girl 10 times from July through October has been arrested, according to an affidavit warrant.

Ronald Eubanks, 1105 N. 40th St., was booked Thursday with 10 counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile, parish prison records show.

According to the warrant, the girl is pregnant.

Man arrested in lewd behavior operation

A Gonzales man accused of seeking sexual contact with another man in a BREC park Thursday night was arrested, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

Micheal J. Jackson, 50, 14390 Airline Highway, was booked Thursday night with attempted crimes against nature, parish prison records show.

According to the affidavit, the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office was at Manchac BREC Park on Jefferson Highway on Thursday conducting an undercover investigation into complaints of lewd behavior occurring in BREC parks.

Authorities book 2 on suspicion of DWI

Authorities arrested at least two people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Thursday and 2:30 p.m. Friday, booking records show.

Those booked and the counts against them:

Brian Aime, 42, 20120 Greenwell Springs Road Drive, Greenwell Springs, first-offense DWI, no proof of insurance, operating vehicle while driver’s license under suspension, failure to maintain control and possession of alcohol in vehicle.

Erin Swenson, 40, 212 Shadows Bend Drive, Baton Rouge, second-offense DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle and simple obstruction of highway.
