Two women were caught on Kmart video surveillance cameras using the card to make the purchases.

these two should be whipped by anyone who has been the victim of thief in the month the credit card was stolen (feb. would become the month of choice for stealing). it should not matter how much physical damage is done to them, as they didn't care how much damage they did to their victims or the stores where they used the stolen cards.

i will never understand why the authorities wait so long to post pictures and ask for the public for help. this crime occurred two and a half months ago.
