Man shot to death in Baton Rouge

Sheriff’s deputies were investigating a shooting Saturday night in which one man was killed in the 8000 block of Stern Ave., a sheriff’s spokeswoman said.
The investigation was ongoing, and the man’s identity had not been immediately confirmed, Casey Rayborn Hicks said in a news release. The man was shot about 8:30 p.m., Hicks said.
