Izzamon Jackson, 782 New Rafe Meyer Road, is accused of fatally shooting Porter, 18, during a dispute outside Porter’s home at 1863 Curtis St., Cpl. Tommy Stubbs said.

Jackson was booked into Parish Prison on a count of second-degree murder.
