Aug 23, 2014 12:41 St. Mary Parish inmates accused in beating of other inmate St. Mary Parish inmates accused in beating of other inmate Advocate staff report Aug. 23, 2014 Comments CENTERVILLE — Seven inmates at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center have been accused of beating another inmate in the parish jail, causing injuries that sent the victim to a nearby hospital for treatment, officials said. The attack occurred Friday, St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Traci Landry said. “Deputies observed a 46 year-old male with injuries to his head and face,” Landry said in an news release. The victim, an unidentified male inmate, was treated at Franklin Foundation Hospital, she said. The seven inmates re-arrested on one count each of second-degree battery were: Jameon Jack, 32, Darius Jackson, 25, Spencer Bourda, 23, and Jonathan Robinson, 34, and Ezekiel Anderson, 22, all of Franklin, and Ryan Carr, 23, of Baldwin, and Quintal Davis, 34, of Morgan City.
