Letter: David Vitter’s transparency expectations are one-way

I was a little surprised to read that David Vitter said the EPA was not being transparent enough in getting information to him on carbon emissions.

I thought he was not very transparent several years ago when his phone number appeared on the list of a woman convicted of promoting prostitution. Maybe he thought that it was his personal business and no one else needed to know.

If the people who voted for Vitter would like to know when they will stop being reminded of this, it will be about the same time Bill Clinton’s name is not brought up about his fiasco. I wish I did not have to hear either name again, but Democrats and Republicans could not go against their party leaders and do the right thing and vote them out. Then everybody wonders why this country is in the shape it is in.
