St. Louis Cathedral releases Holy Week schedule

St. Louis Cathedral has released its schedule for Holy Week 2013, which began Monday and culminates with Easter on Sunday.

Mass will be said at 7:30 a.m. and noon Wednesday, with the sacrament of penance to take place from 11 a.m. to 11:45 p.m.

Archbishop Gregory Aymond will say the Mass of the Lord’s Last Supper at 7 p.m. Thursday.

Good Friday will include stations of the cross at noon, the sacrament of penance from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and the liturgy of the Lord’s passion and death at 3 p.m.

Aymond will celebrate Easter vigil Mass at 8 p.m. Holy Saturday.

The Mass of the Risen Christ will be said at 9 a.m. Easter Sunday, and Aymond will say the 11 a.m. Mass.

Another Mass will be said at 12:30 p.m.
