Advocate staff report Oct. 05, 2013 Comments Students in Christy Ard’s fourth-grade accelerated class at Independence Elementary experienced new technology with a virtual teacher earlier this month. Andy Campbell, of Tiffin, Ohio, presented an interactive video conference lesson about matter. The students have been learning about the properties of matter before seeing the video conference. The video conference allowed the students to participate in several experiments and answer questions posed by Campbell. The students saw the physical and chemical changes in various experiments performed by student volunteers.
