WOMEN MEAN BUSINESS CONFERENCE: 9 a.m., Southeastern Louisiana University, Twelve Oaks Reception Hall, Texas Avenue. A diverse panel of experts and speakers will provide knowledge, tools and resources to help individuals survive and thrive in the business world. The class “Prenatal III Class: Relaxation Techniques” focuses on the many techniques available to aid the laboring mother through childbirth, such as imagery, progressive muscle relaxation, massage, various breathing techniques and position changes.
