  • WOW GOLF TOURNAMENT DEADLINE: The deadline to register for Women Outreaching Women's "Stop Domestic Violence" golf tournament is Friday. The tournament will be Oct. 7 at the Greystone Country Club and it will raise money for WOW's emergency shelter in Livingston Parish for battered women and children. Registration is $500 per team, which includes 18 holes of golf, dinner, prizes for top ten scores, poker run, door prizes and silent auctions. Business sponsorships are also available.
