‘Dukes of Hazzard’
to visit
The cast of the television series “The Dukes of Hazzard” will reunite at 9 a.m. Sunday at Henderson Auctions, 13340 Florida Blvd., Livingston.
Special guests include John Schneider who played Bo Duke, Tom Wopat who played Luke Duke, Catherine Bach who played Daisy Duke, Byron Cherry who played Coy Duke, James Best who played Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane, Sonny Shroyer who played Deputy Enos Strate, Rick Hurst who played Deputy Cletus Hogg and Don Pedro Colley who played Sheriff Little from Chickasaw County.
A charity auction will begin at 2:30 p.m.

‘Sleeping Beauty’
The Tri-Parish Ballet will present “Sleeping Beauty” at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Livingston Branch, 13986 Florida Blvd.; 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Albany-Springfield Branch, 26941 La. 43; 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Denham Springs-Walker Branch, 239 Florida Ave. S.E.; 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Watson Branch, 36581 Outback Road, Denham Springs; and 10 a.m. at South Branch, 23477 La. 444 Livingston.

Junior Ranger Day
Children 8 to 12 can visit Tickfaw State Park for the Eighth annual Junior Ranger Day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday at the park at 27225 Patterson Road, Springfield. The program will include an animal show and guest speakers. There is a $1 fee for each participant. Registration is required by calling (225) 294-2218.
Princess Tea Party
The Abundant Life Church will host its third annual “God’s Little Princess Tea Party” for girls in third through fifth grades from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Participants are asked to dress in their “sparkly best with ribbons and boas and glitter galore,” organizers said. Those attending will be served tea and treats, organizers said. Also, activities include games, gifts, and a Royal Story Teller. Tickets are $7 each. Seating is limited. To attend, contact the Abundant Life Church office at (225) 665-7000.
Art class
The Livingston Parish Arts Council class “Flying Geese 5 Ways” will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at 133 Hummel St., Denham Springs. Republican Women
The Livingston Parish Republican Women will hold its monthly meeting at 11:30 a.m. Aug. 1 at Hampton Inn, 201 Rushing Road, Denham Springs. The guest speaker will be Valerie Hodges, district 64 representative.
