--Dream Big Puppet Show: 10 a.m., South Branch Library. The show will feature classic wish-themed stories like "The Fisherman and His Wife." It will also feature a shadow puppet show.
--Beat the Parents: 1 p.m., Livingston Branch Library. Children will compete with their parents in a trivia battle. The battle is open to children who are 5 years old and up.
--Walker's CityFest: 2 p.m., Sidney Hutchinson Park, 13750 Ball Park Road, Walker. Walker's "CityFest" will celebrate Independence Day with music, food, water slides, a craft fair, fireworks and more. The day will start out with the craft fair at 2 p.m. with all other activities starting at 4 p.m. Activities will include tethered hot air balloon rides, train rides, inflatables and more. --Denham Spring High School Reunion Registration Deadline: The deadline to pay registration for the Denham Springs High School Class of 1992 Reunion is Saturday. --Choir Camp Registration Deadline: First Baptist Church, 308 N. River Road, Denham Springs. The deadline to register for the Livingston Parish Children's Choir 14th Annual "All-Parish Choir Camp" is Sunday. The camp will be from 9 a.m. to noon July 16-20, at the church and is open to children entering kindergarten to children in the fifth grade. Campers will sing, play instruments and perform in a concert. The concert will be at 7 p.m. on the last day of camp.
