Roast for lawmaker to benefit Boy Scouts

The Boy Scouts of America District 95 will honor District 95 state Rep. Sherman Mack, R-Livingston, with the Citizen of the Year Award, and a roast at 7 p.m. June 12 at Forrest Grove Plantation, Denham Springs.

Tickets are $75 per plate with an open bar. The event will feature entertainment and include an auction.

All money raised from the event will go to the local Boy Scouts of America.
