Melrose East Crime Prevention District
To levy a 10-year annual parcel fee of up to $200 for residential parcels and an initial fee of up to $500 for commercial parcels to aid in law enforcement and to increase the presence of law enforcement personnel. The initial fee on commercial parcels may be increased by not more than 5 percent per year. An estimated $75,100 a year is expected to be generated from the initial levy.
Mayfair Park/Mayfair Park East/Mayfair Heights Crime Prevention Improvement District proposition
To levy a 5-year, annual parcel fee of $144 per parcel of improved land in the district generating about $62,000 a year to aid in crime prevention and to increase law enforcement personnel or contracted security personnel in the district.
Zachary Community School System
To renew a 10-year, 38.2-mill property tax generating an estimated $7.5 million a year for additional support to the district’s public elementary and secondary schools.

Drainage District No. 4 proposition
To levy for five years an additional maintenance and operation tax of not more than $39 a year for each 10,000 square feet of each lot and parcel, generating about $48,000 a year, to maintain the flow of water through catch basins, subsurface drains, and canals to the holding ponds.
