CROWLEY SALES TAX

To levy a 15-year, 1/2-cent sales and use tax, generating an es-timated $1.3 million a year, for infrastructure and capital im-provements.

FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT 1

Proposition No. 1 (Church Point, Eunice)

To renew a 10-year, 4.83-mill property tax, generating about $34,145 a year.

Proposition No. 2

To renew a 10-year, 3-mill prop-erty tax, generating about $21,000 a year.

Parishwide Proposition

DISABLED VETERANS HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION

Authorizes an additional homestead exemption for certain disabled veterans and surviving spouses for property in Acadia Parish. The additional exemption would be authorized on the next $7,500 of assessed value on property owned and occupied by a veteran with a service-connected disability rating of 100% by the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, and the surviving spouse.

To renew a 15-year, 1-percent sales and use tax, generating about $2 million a year, for parish roads and bridges.
