Finalist Mirta M. Martin works as dean and professor of management at the Reginald F. Lewis School of Business at Virginia State University. She has a bachelor of science degree from Duke University, a master of business administration from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond and a doctorate in strategic management and leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University. Finalist Bruce T. Murphy is the vice president for academic affairs at Air University in Alabama. He holds a bachelor of arts in English from the University of California at Berkeley, a master of business administration and a master of science in systems management from the University of Southern California, a master of arts from Teachers College at Columbia University and a doctorate in education from Vanderbilt University.
