Trampoline park eyes BR, N.O., Lafayette locations

Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park plans to start building its first south Louisiana locations within the next 45 days.

The Los Angeles-based company, which features wall-to-wall trampolines, has more than 70 locations across the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Australia.

Sky Zone plans to open locations in Baton Rouge, Lafayette and New Orleans within the next 18 months, said Shelby Fox, a company spokeswoman. No specific locations have been selected yet, Fox said, but Sky Zone is looking at building from the ground up or overhauling an existing space.

Peter Busenlener is the local franchisee for Sky Zone.
