BATON ROUGE AREA

Charles F. Castille has been named executive director of the Rural Hospital Coalition.

Castille was with law firm Adams and Reese LLP as special counsel with its governmental relations and health law practice and had served as general counsel, deputy secretary and undersecretary with the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals.

 

Sean W. Kirkland has been named vice president, private banking, in Baton Rouge for Red River Bank.

He was in Red River Bank’s private banking department in Alexandria.

Benny Spann, retired administrator of Louisiana’s unclaimed property program, has been named chief executive officer at Audit Services U.S. LLC.

The company specializes in on-site unclaimed property audits.

Kenneth Kreft, of the state Department of Health and Hospitals, and Luke Dimattia, of the Department of Transportation and Development, have been elected members of the Group Benefits Policy and Planning Board.

 

Dr. Steven Heymsfield, the George A. Bray Chair in Nutrition and professor at LSU’s Pennington Biomedical Research Center, has been named to the scientific advisory board at Medifast Inc.

The Owings Mills, Maryland, company manufactures weight-loss products and has weight-loss programs.

The scientific advisory board, made up of experts in food science, nutrition and weight management, helps the company stay on top of emerging research and consumer trends and review and assist with new products and programs.

The Bank of New Orleans has named Marianna Robeaux as controller, Kristen Dominick as human resources manager and Terry Mipro as internal auditor/compliance officer.

Robeaux was previously with Hannis T. Bourgeois. Dominick was with FSE Energy in Covington. Mipro was quality assurance manager for IberiaBank.
