Sung S. Cho bought the property at 2377 North Flannery Road for $450,000 from MNR Enterprises LLC, said Jim Allen and Bill Jeansonne, both of Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate. Allen represented the seller, while Jeansonne represented the buyer. The property includes a vacant 4,480-square-foot building. The building recently had been home for Club Shenanigans.
