CWLCO Picardy I LLC purchased the building at 7703 Picardy Ave. in a deal that was filed Friday with the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court’s Office. The seller was Cobalt Realty of Baton Rouge. The 15,000-square-foot office building is home for a DaVita dialysis clinic, said Ty Gose of NAI/Latter & Blum, who represented the sellers. Gose said DaVita has a long-term lease on the property. CWLCO Picardy is a corporation set up by Shreveport-based C.W. Lane Co. Inc. The business bought the building as a long-term hold, Gose said.
