LeBlanc Property of Baton Rouge bought the vacant office building at 7434 Perkins Road, said Mathew Laborde of Beau Box Commercial Real Estate. Laborde represented the sellers, Levert-St. John LLC. The building, which was built in the late 1970s, is 19,218 square feet. The Our Lady of the Lake College offices moved to Brittany Drive a few years ago as part of an effort to consolidate the campus. The new owners plan to find tenants for the two-story building, Laborde said.
