Commerce Centre tract sold in Prairieville Commerce Centre tract sold in Prairieville BY TIMOTHY BOONE| email@example.com March 29, 2014 Comments A 16.85-acre tract in the Commerce Centre park in Prairieville has been sold for $3.48 million. Commerce Centre 42 LLC bought the land from First American Bank & Trust in a deal that closed Wednesday, said Justin Langlois, an agent with Mike Falgoust & Associates. Langlois and Falgoust represented First American, while Scot Guidry, also with Mike Falgoust, represented the buyers. Commerce Centre is located at Airline Highway and La. 42. There are several businesses in the park already, including Neighbors Federal Credit Union, Keller Williams Realty, Commerce Title, Magnolia Pediatrics and Barnyard for Tots Learning Center and Daycare. The new owners plan to do build-to-suit retail, office and medical space to capitalize on their location in a fast-growing part of Ascension Parish, Langlois said. Commerce Centre is in front of the 218-unit Bullion Crossing residential development.
