Business First Bank organizes by regions Business First Bank organizes by regions Robert Bond, Business First Bank Advocate business staff report March 29, 2014 Comments Business First Bank in Baton Rouge has reorganized into three geographic regions and appointed chief executive officers to oversee the regions. The bank named Robert Bond as capital region CEO for the Baton Rouge area; Greg Robertson as executive vice president and CEO of the western region that includes Lake Charles, Lafayette and Shreveport/Bossier City; and Don Hingle as executive vice president and CEO of the southeastern region that includes Covington, New Orleans and Houma-Thibodaux. Bond was the bank’s chief credit officer and is an executive vice president. Robertson retains his role as president of the Lake Charles region and will work with Andre Fuge, Lafayette president, and Philip Jordan, northwest Louisiana president. Hingle was president of the Bayou Region in Houma and will work with Warren McDonald, northshore president, formerly Baton Rouge president and senior lender. “Under our new structure, we’re balancing our ability to meet the financial requirements of our customers — and provide outstanding personalized service — with the nimbleness that we need to support our customer-facing teams and attract new customers,” said Jude Melville, president and CEO of the bank.
