Cedar Park office condo sold to investors Cedar Park office condo sold to investors TIMOTHY BOONE| email@example.com March 21, 2014 Comments A 6,200-square-foot office condominium between Airline Highway and Industriplex Boulevard has been sold for $425,000 to a group of local investors. 4J Holdings-I LLC bought the property at 11670 Cedar Park Ave. in a deal that was filed Friday with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s Office. The seller was Stephen St. Cyr, president and co-founder of Vivid Ink Graphics. Vivid Ink recently closed on the $1 million purchase of the old Circuit City building on Airline Highway. The Cedar Park building is occupied by two companies: Acadian Home Theatre & Automation, which installs audio-video, lighting and security systems, and Garda Cash Logistics South East, an armored car business. Grey Hammett III, an agent with Mike Falgoust and Associates, who represented the buyers said the deal was “a great buy” because the space is in a desirable location.
