BR’s Antares expanding into Texas BR’s Antares expanding into Texas David Wallace, Antares Technology Solutions Advocate staff report March 09, 2014 Comments Antares Technology Solutions, a Baton Rouge software development and information technology consulting company, is expanding into the south-central Texas software services market. Antares said Tuesday that it has hired David Wallace as its new regional director of business development to lead those efforts. He is based in Austin, Texas. The company already has an office in New Orleans and a presence in Seattle. Antares said Wallace intends to wed his 24 years of business development experience with Antares commitment to excellence and growth into the Texas market, including greater Houston and Dallas. Wallace has held executive positions at multiple organizations including Baylor University, Von Hoffman Corp. and Lehigh Press Lithographers. Wallace received his bachelor’s degree from Clemson University in graphic communications and a master in business administration from Baylor University. Since 1988, Antares has provided software strategy, design, development and support to customers ranging from government and Fortune 500 companies to small- and mid-sized businesses. Antares has extensive experience in a variety of industries, including health care and oil and gas field services companies.
