William Harsha has joined Dunanvat Global Logistics Group as director of business development, based in Baton Rouge to expand the company’s presence in Gulf Coast markets. Fennell has been named director of training, education and development at Latter & Blum Inc. Fennell was vice president of business and professional development for the Louisiana Realtors Association. Sherri McConnell, of McConnell and Associates Consulting, has been named chairman of the Louisiana Cultural Economy Foundation’s board. She has served on the board since April 2012. David Robison has been promoted to chief financial officer at Audubon. He was vice president of finance.
