Lisa Traina, president of Traina & Associates in Baton Rouge, has been named president of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants.

Other officers are Thomas J. Phillips Jr., chairman of LSU’s Department of Accounting, president-elect; Brook Harvey III, a director at Postlethwaite & Netterville, treasurer; and Ralph Bender, chief financial officer of The Manship Media Group, member at large.

Walt Lucek has been named service manager for Gerry Lane Cadillac. He has worked at Gerry Lane Chevrolet for the past 10 years.


Philip J. Gunn has been named managing director of accounting firm Postlethwaite & Netterville’s New Orleans area practice, succeeding Albert J. “Joey” Richard III, who will serve on the firm’s accounting and assurance services group’s leadership team.

Gunn was an audit partner in the San Antonio office of Ernst & Young LLP and formerly had been with that firm’s New Orleans office.

First Bank & Trust in New Orleans has named Peter D. Robinson as senior vice president and bank operations manager and Matthew Wolf as vice president, commercial lending at the bank’s Elmwood Branch in Harahan.

Robinson was special project manager at First Bank and Trust. Wolf was a commercial lender at Capital One.


Hank Latimer has been named Mid-Continent regional sales executive at Lafayette-based lease acquisition and land management software company iLandMan.

Latimer was with Chaparral Energy over three districts in Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas.
