Community Coffee names marketing executive Community Coffee names marketing executive Scott Eckert, Community Coffee Co. Advocate business staff report July 02, 2013 Comments Community Coffee Co. has named Scott Eckert as vice president of marketing to execute a strategy that positions the company for rapid growth. The Baton Rouge company also elected Charles Graffeo as vice president of supply chain, continuing to lead the company’s supply chain and e-commerce divisions. David Fahr was promoted to director of technology. Eckert has held key senior marketing leadership positions for consumer packaged goods companies such as ConAgra Foods. He previously worked at ACH Food Companies, running its flavor enhancements division, and has advanced some well-known brands such as Orville Redenbacher, Slim Jim and David’s Sunflower Seeds. “In addition to having strong CPG experience in leading premium brands, Scott shares the same values as we do,” said David Belanger, president of Community Coffee. “Community Coffee Co. continues to experience exceptional growth, and the addition of Scott as our marketing team leader will allow us to accelerate our efforts.” Graffeo joined Community Coffee in 2006 as general manager of manufacturing, was promoted in 2008 to director of supply chain and recently assumed senior leadership responsibilities of the e-commerce sales division. As a nine-year employee, Fahr has worked as materials manager, project manager, enterprise application manager and most recently as general manager of technology. Fahr will continue to lead the technology team and strategy to support the company’s customers and growth.
