Hall L. Davis IV, owner of Hall Davis & Son Funeral Homes in Port Allen, Baton Rouge and Plaquemine, has been named to the board of directors of Great Guaranty Bancshares and its Guaranty Bank & Trust Co. subsidiary.

Theresa Dold Payment has been named director of the Lane Regional Medical Center Foundation. She was associate publisher for the Zachary Post/Feliciana Explorer. As a volunteer, she coordinated fundraising activities for Regional Arts Council of Zachary, Rotary International of Zachary, Cinderella Project of Baton Rouge, Cortana Kiwanis and St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.

Blaine Grimes, of Campus Federal Credit Union, has been elected president of the Louisiana JumpStart Coaltion, a personal finance literacy program for students and adults.

Paul Douglas has been named as a manager in accounting and consulting firm Postlethwaite & Netterville’s consulting division.

He was enterprise risk services manager for Deloitte & Touche LLP in Austin, Texas.

Tesla Offshore LLC in Prairieville, a division of Tesla Exploration Ltd., has named Donizeti Carneiro as area manager for South America, with an office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Carneiro previously managed C&C Technologies’ efforts in that area.

Troy Mendoza has been named head chef at The Cabin Restaurant in Burnside. He was executive chef at Mason’s Grill.

Byron Harmon, formerly of Baton Rouge, has been named vice president/news director at WNYW/Channel 5 in New York. He was senior executive producer at the station and started his career as a weekend producer at WBRZ-Channel 2 in Baton Rouge.

He previously was engineering manager at Power Performance, vice president of Dynamic Maritime Services and facilities and construction manager at Maritech Resources.
