A delegation of 30 Angolan business representatives will be led by the Angolan Petroleum Minister H.E. Mr. José Maria Botelho de Vasconcelos and Ambassador of the Republic of Angola to the United States H.E. Mr. Alberto de Carmo Bento Ribeiro. The symposium will feature two panel discussions: on regulatory framework and doing business in Angola and investment opportunities in the oil and gas sector. “This symposium is an exciting opportunity for Louisiana businesses to network and create partnerships with their counterparts in Angola, which is the second-largest oil producing country in Africa,” said Dominik Knoll, chief executive officer of the WTCNO.
