Nicole Kleinpeter has been named vice president of marketing and communications for Baton Rouge General, BRG Physicians network, General Health System and its affiliates. She served as manager and director. J. Gerard “Jerry” Jolly, a certified public accountant and consultant to KPMG LLP, has been named chairman of the board for the Pennington Biomedical Research Foundation. New board members are John Graves, president of Evans-Graves Engineers Inc.; Nicolas Perkin, co-founder and former president of The Receivables Exchange; Leonard Sullivan, business and community leader; John Turner, co-owner of Turner Industries; and Monica Zumo, managing partner of Hannis T. Bourgeois LLP. The Firefighters’ Retirement System has promoted Kelli Rogers from system administrator to investment officer, managing the system’s $1.1 billion portfolio. Layne McKinney was named system administrator. He has business and accounting experience with the system. Linda J. Hall, a private consultant and entrepreneur-in-residence at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, has been named to the board of Baton Rouge-based home health company Amedisys Inc. Dr. James Wade, a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, has been elected president of Cat Haven, a nonprofit feline welfare organization. LAFAYETTE AREA Elizabeth A. “Beth” Ardoin has been named senior executive vice president and director of communications, facilities and human resources at Iberiabank and been appointed to the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s New Orleans branch. Ardoin was senior vice president and director of communications. NEW ORLEANS AREA Devin Neuburger has been named logistics manager of Overland, Kan.-based MIQ Logistics’ new Global Service Center in New Orleans. Neuburger was with DB Schenker/BAX Global where he held positions in domestic and export operations and sales. Parish Concrete LLC in Mandeville has appointed Spencer K. Warner and Spencer Green to its board of directors. Warner is an employee of Parish Concrete. Green is vice president of Standard Gravel Co. in Franklinton.
