He was vice president. Past president Edward A. Foster will become chairman of the board of directors. Roger Banks has been named branch manager and business development officer at American Gateway Bank’s Florida Boulevard location. He was a branch manager at Chase Bank in Baton Rouge. Chris Geraci has been named vice president and commercial lending officer at United Community Bank. He was a relationship manager in business services at Campus Federal Credit Union. The Center for Planning Excellence has expanded its board of directors to 12 members with the addition of Susan Kelliher, senior vice president of human resources at Albemarle Corp., and Jim Brandt, managing principal of Brandt & Associates. CPEX helps communities in Louisiana develop master plans dealing with transportation and infrastructure needs, equitable housing, environmental issues and quality design. The Louisiana Department of Revenue has named Jarrod J. Coniglio as chief of staff; Jason M. DeCuir as assistant secretary/office of legal affairs; and Douglas E. Baker as director of communications. Coniglio was with Eaton Group Attorneys as chief operating officer and was assistant secretary/tax administration at LDR from 2008-2010. DeCuir formerly served as chief of staff of the agency and was promoted into the reorganized office of the assistant secretary/office of legal affairs. Baker was assistant to the provost and director of special projects in the Office of the President at Union University. NEW ORLEANS AREA Phillip R. May Jr. has been named chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Entergy Louisiana LLC and Entergy Gulf States Louisiana LLC, effective Feb. 1. He succeeds William Mohl, who the company earlier announced will assume the role of president of Entergy Wholesale Commodities in February. May is currently vice president of regulatory services for Entergy’s utility business.
