LHC, partners acquire Texas agency

LHC Group Inc., a Lafayette home nursing company, and two Texas health systems have acquired Huguely Home Health Agency in Burleson, Texas.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
LHC’s partners in the acquisition are Texas Health Resources and Methodist Health System. The partnership will expand LHC’s after-hospital care in Texas.
Earlier this year, Huguely Memorial Medical Center, which owned Huguely Home Health Agency, became an affiliate of Texas Health Resources.
Huguely Home Health Agency’s name will change to Methodist HomeCare.
