Louis Prejean has been named development director at Catholic Community Radio of Baton Rouge, WPYR-AM. He was events coordinator with Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Baton Rouge.

Scott Berg has been named market president overseeing the two Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry locations in Baton Rouge; the Pandora franchise store in The Mall of Louisiana; and the seven Gold Market stores the company operates across the state.

Berg was a vice president for Lee Michaels.

Lafayette-based MidSouth Bank has named Jonathan Domingue vice president/commercial credit manager. Domingue was assistant vice president/senior commercial credit analyst.

Pete November has been named general counsel and senior vice president of corporate compliance for Ochsner Health System. November was executive vice president, general counsel, secretary and director of acquisitions for LHC Group Inc. in Lafayette.

Cliff Mintz has been named marketing director at PacTec Inc. in Clinton. He is rejoining the company on a full-time basis after earning his MBA at the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Gov. Bobby Jindal announced appointments and reappointments from the local area to various boards and commissions.

• Louisiana Licensed Professional Counselors Board of Examiners: Dustin Dowling, of Baton Rouge, chief administrative officer of Peters Wealth Advisors.
• Governor’s Advisory Council on Disability Affairs: Benjamin Cornwell, of Baton Rouge, associate director of the Office of Disability Services for LSU, and Carol Lirette, of Houma, vocational supervisor at Options for Independence.

Ileana Garcia Ledet has been named deputy commissioner of public affairs for the state Department of Insurance. Ledet was public information director for the state Department of Education.
