Rendering by Antunovich AssociatesAn illustration shows the design of the new Galatoire's restaurant planned at Acadian Thruway and Perkins Road, in the same center that now includes Acme Oyster House. The 7,500-square-foot building will include a 1,500-square-foot courtyard for outdoor dining and should be completed by the end of the year. The site is being redeveloped by Commerical Properties for the Baton Rouge Area Foundation.
