Jim Engster, president and general manager of Louisiana Radio Network, has been named to the National Association of State Radio Networks board for a five-year term.

The organization is made up of 31 state radio networks representing more than 1,500 affiliate stations.

Chris J. Camos has been named vice president, real estate and construction, at Knight Oil Tools in Lafayette. He was vice president for Rudick Co. Inc.

Preston L. Kennedy, president of the Bank of Zachary, has been re-elected to the board of directors of the Independent Community Bankers of America, which represents 5,000 community banks in the U.S.

Aimee Smallwood has been named chief executive officer of the Louisiana Cultural Economy Foundation.

Smallwood was executive director for the Slidell Memorial Hospital Foundation.
