Advocate staff report Oct. 09, 2013 Comments Members of the Dutchtown High School Family, Career and Community Leaders of America attended the Louisiana FCCLA Fall Leadership Rally Sept. 17 in Forest Hill. Students heard from guest speaker Curtis Haley, who talked about honesty, sincerity and creating more meaningful relationships. During the afternoon session, Dutchtown High School junior Molly Ross, Louisiana FCCLA state vice president of Star Events, gave a presentation to more than 300 students, advisers and chaperones about how students can create and obtain goals with the FCCLA competitive events. Advisers received training from the U.S. Rice Federation showing how they can add Louisiana Rice into their curriculum. Dutchtown High School FCCLA was represented by students Kayleigh Price, Hannah Amar, Molly Ross and advisers Nicole Pickens and Mindy Rose.
