Advocate staff report Aug. 21, 2013 Comments Four St. Theresa Middle School cheerleaders have been invited to perform in the 63rd H-E-B Holiday Parade on Thanksgiving Day in Houston. Lea Arcemont, Marigny Broussard, Aubrey Dwayne and Madison Mistretta will march as part of the All-American squad of more than 300 elementary, junior high and high school cheerleaders and dancers selected from across the U.S. The girls were selected after attending the universal Cheerleaders Association camp judged by Jeanna Signorelli, from LSU, and Kandice Boudreaux, from Southeastern Louisiana University. The St. Theresa squad also came home from the recent event with other honors. Achieving individual awards at the Universal Cheerleaders Association cheer camp were Marigny, best memory; Caroline Hebert, leadership; Madison Mistretta, who won the “Rock Star” award; and Brylee Brown, who captured the “Stiffest Motion” honor.
